Apple cake 
from Poland
Cake
- 500 grams of flour
- 500 grams of butter
- 1 glass of powder sugar
- 2 yolks
- 3 or 4 table spoons of cream
- vanilla sugar
Stuffing
- 1 kilo of apples
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 spoon of cinnamon
- 1 or 2 table spoons of orange skin
- 2 or 3 grind buiscuits
Icing
- 150 grams of icing sugar
- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- 1-2 spoons of hot water
Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough.
Wrap it up in an aluminium foil and put into the fridge for half an hour.

Peel the apples, dice them and boil with 2 or 3 table spoons of water.
Add sugar, cinnamon and some skin from an orange. Simmer a bit on a low heat to make marmolade.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll the pie crust flat with a rolling pin.
Add the marmolade and put it in the oven.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes in the temperature of a 190* C.
After it cools down decorate the cake with icing.
